The apartment: The apartment has four bedrooms, three of which have a double bed and one with two single beds. The living room has a comfortable double sofa bed, perfect for a total of 10 guests. The kitchen, separate from the living room, is equipped with everything necessary, including high-end appliances. The property has two bathrooms with shower trays, one located at the entrance and another accessible from the night area. The building has an access ramp to the lobby, lift, and concierge. The cot is subject to availability. Please advise a maximum of 5 days in advance. Air conditioning in the lounge. Central heating schedule (only during winter November-May) from 1:00 Pm to 11:00 Pm.
