In the heart of the medieval city of Chauvigny, in front of the roman Saint-Pierre church, located in the Duguesclin tower , the apartment offers two levels , a living room / kitchen / bathroom on the first floor with sofa bed and a large room on the second and last level. Its exceptional view of the Collegiale Saint -Pierre , tranquility (highest point in town! ) and character make it a perfect accommodation for couples, small families and business travelers. The space The apartment offers a unique view of the roman St. Pierre's church . It is served by a 16th century staircase. Watch your step ! Guest access The Duplex has three floors: the first one is a living room / bathroom / kitchen. It is particularly furnished with a sofa that can be used in bed for one person (the linen is in the trunk in front of the window nearby the kitchen). The kitchen is equipped with an induction hob, a fridge and a combined grill-microwave oven. The second floor is the main bedroom of the apartment (queen-size bed). Finally, in the dovecote (third level), a room of 6m2, (accessible by a wooden staircase in front of the entrance to the main bedroom) allows the sleeping of an adult. The apartment is equipped with everything necessary for your stay. If however you need services that are not planned, do not hesitate to contact us, we will always find a solution! Other things to note The small restaurant at the bottom of the tower (saint-Pierre et le loup) has exclusive conditions for residents (10% off the entire menu).
