Our cozy, first floor, 3-bedroom apartment is fully-renovated and centrally-located, just 1 block to Warren Street, Hudson's "Main Street", and a 12 minute walk from the Amtrak station. Stay in and cook in the industrial/farmhouse galley kitchen, or enjoy all of the great restaurants within walking distance. Guests will enjoy staying in a home built in 1834 that has been tastefully updated, with a mix of modern and retro furniture, and quirky historic charm, but with all the modern conveniences. The space FINE PRINT: This apartment has a relatively small amount of common space for a 3 bedroom, with no dining area, two small living/sitting rooms, and a galley-style kitchen. It is really intended for guests who will be spending the majority of their time out in the town and not cooking/hanging out indoors. If you are looking for a place with more common/lounging space, we have two other listings in the house (a 2 bedroom and a 3 bedroom) that are much larger with dining rooms and living rooms. Our newly renovated, 3 bedroom apartment has a modern galley kitchen, two sitting rooms, a porch, two bathrooms, and three nice-sized bedrooms with queen beds. The place is equipped with fast and reliable WiFi, as well as wired internet via ethernet outlets, and two Roku Smart TVs (one 32" and one 40") with YouTube TV, HBO Max, Hulu, Disney+, AppleTV+, and access to other app-based streaming services (there is no traditional cable/antenna TV service). Heating and cooling is controlled by ductless Mitsubishi AC/heat pump units, bedroom ceiling fans, with backup radiator heat monitored and controlled by a Nest Thermostat. **** Recent Renovations (2023-24): brand new Mitsubishi ductless AC/heat pump units in each bedroom and living area, new historic-style Pella double-glazed windows throughout the house, and blackout shades in all of the bedrooms, helping with temperature control and sound proofing. *** Have a larger group and need more bedrooms? Guest access Guests have access to just the 3 bedroom apartment, the common hallway, the side porch, and the narrow side yard. There are other units in the house, so please be mindful of other visitors. Other things to note New landscaping work will be taking place during weekdays in late March and early April 2025 - we apologies for any inconvenience while these improvements are completed.
