It has a grill and a disc and a stove. Also an outdoor living room on a large deck with a table with an awning and a cantilevered solarium. The 1000 m2 garden has a parking lot for 3 cars and is completely fenced and has an automated electric gate. Other things to note It has maid service 3 times a week and gardener once a week, who keep the entire property neat and clean. Both are independent, and you won't need them to be there or to attend to you.
