Privileging natural light, the entire interior offers comfort. But you'll most likely want to be outside the house all the time. Framed by the sea and the mountains, the leisure area has a swimming pool, Jacuzzi, barbecue, lawn and sunbathing area. With two bedrooms on the 1st floor, both with a double bed, and a sofa bed, this property accommodates a maximum of 6 adults. It has three bathrooms, one of which is a half-bath on the ground floor. AREA The Maloeira site, in Fajã da Ovelha, will have peace and quiet. The countryside air is perfect for releasing all stress and enjoying moments of calm and peace, in a kind of city 'reset'. With great sun exposure throughout the year, the municipality of Calheta is also inviting to discover Madeira Island. About 20 minutes away by car is the center of Calheta, where you will find the yellow sand beach, several restaurants, a supermarket and the fantastic Museum of Contemporary Art. Jardim do Mar and Paul do Mar are about a 10-minute drive away. These two small villages offer beach, entertainment and a very own beauty. About 200 meters from the house there is a small grocery store with fresh products. HOW TO GET HERE The best option to get to the property will be the transfer. Ask us to schedule one with our local partners. It's cheaper than the taxis you find at the airport. If you rent a car, any navigation app can easily find the address. ACCESS TO THE PROPERTY You have access to all areas of the property. INTERACTION We are always available to help or answer questions. We will do our best to respond to all requests. We also have an app for guests with all the important information about the property and other useful information for your stay. OTHER NOTES - According to Portuguese law, all guests are required to present a valid ID (e.g. passport, identity card). - Check-in must be scheduled in advance. If not scheduled within 48 hours, guests will be subject to the availability of our team. - All bed linens and towels are provided. We can also provide a crib, high chair and baby bath if needed. There is a first-aid kit, fire extinguishers and a fire blanket in all properties. ATTENTION Please be advised that a Tourist Fee will be charged to all persons staying overnight in the municipality of Calheta. Thus, all guests staying in tourist developments and/or accommodation establishments, aged 13 years or over, will be charged €2.00 per person/night, up to a maximum of 7 nights at a maximum of €14.00 per person/stay. Close to your arrival, you will receive a link to pay this municipal fee. RULES We want you to feel at home.
