We are conveniently located on the opposite side of the pool area with unobstructed view, looking at clear sky and Bahamas nature (amazing sunrises from the balcony) not facing condos in the other building, pool and beach area or walkway to the beach. That gives you extra privacy with just steps away from the beach. Unit is fully renovated with all new furniture, new kitchen with stainless steel appliances. You have all you need for your own cooking with new sets of pots and pans and small appliances that we just purchased for our own use. Brand new large Samsung Smart TV in the living room with high speed internet and plenty of TV channels. Two extra Smart TV's in each bedroom can be used to stream contents from your device like Netflix, Spotify, YouTube or previously downloaded content from your device. Strong unlimited Wi-Fi.
