Its strategic position, halfway between the upper part of the village and the seafront, makes it perfect both for days on the beach and for evening walks through the alleys of the center. The apartment, located on the first floor, stands out for its original architectural features: exposed stone walls, vaulted ceilings and large windows that provide splendid brightness and a relaxing sea view. The interior is well organized and welcoming: the living area hosts a kitchen, dining table, single sofa bed and TV. The kitchen is fully equipped with oven, fridge with freezer, dishes, pots, glasses and moka; it is also integrated with a washing machine. The sleeping area is divided into two levels: an elevated double bedroom with sea view and a small bedroom below with a queen-size bed. The sofa bed in the living room offers an additional sleeping space. There is no shortage of wardrobes, mirrors and functional spaces. The accommodation is air conditioned (hot/cold air) and recently renovated. A reserved parking space is included in the private parking in Via della Vite, about 700 meters away. A few steps away is the Lido Belvedere beach resort, included in the stay. From there you will receive all the instructions to access the villa. For those arriving by public transport, it is possible to reach the house directly. Self check-in is also available, to be agreed upon according to needs. Welcome Gift For each reservation made, we will be happy to offer you a credit of €30.00 to spend at I Love Charter for one of the following services: Rent a boat or dinghy with or without a boat license "Pontine Islands" Tour or "The Circeo Caves" Tour Alternatively, you will be entitled to two free tickets for the mini cruise “Grotta Azzurra Sperlonga” , upon purchase of at least one ticket. The cruise is available at 14:00 and 15:30. The date and time of the tour must be agreed directly with the company organizing the excursion, based on availability and weather conditions.
