The layout of the property is divided into two floors. On the main floor, there is a guest toilet, a cosy dining room and a spacious living room. The kitchen is fully equipped, including dishwasher, and has a small storage room with washing machine and tumble dryer. On the ground floor, radiators in all rooms, complemented by a cosy wood-burning cooker in the living room, provide a warm atmosphere. The large windows that surround the entire floor offer panoramic views from the terrace to the swimming pool. From the living room, you can enjoy the majesty of the mountains and the sea, creating a bright and welcoming environment. The first floor has three charming bedrooms, each equipped with air conditioning and radiators. A spacious bathroom with shower and bathtub. The master bedroom is highlighted by a large window framing the stunning sea views, adding an extra touch of warmth and serenity. Outside, an extensive furnished terrace and a portable barbecue, accessible from both the dining room and the living room. There is also an additional fully equipped kitchen and a toilet. The swimming pool, surrounded by sun loungers, offers incredible views while you cool off with a swim. The property includes a covered parking space for two vehicles and additional parking space on the street.
