The interior of the apartment is modern, elegant and recently decorated to offer an even enhanced holiday experience. Additionally, being located on a corner plot, it allows the apartment to be filled with natural light throughout the day, providing a great sense of space and freedom. It has 2 bedrooms, one double and another with a double bed, as well as a spacious living room with a fully equipped kitchen, dining area and sofa. The family bathroom has a bathtub with shower. For the comfort of our guests, the entire apartment has air conditioning (at fixed hours, from 2pm-4am and from 8pm-8am). The large doors open onto the front terrace, which allows enjoying impressive views of the sandy beach, the promenade and Pollensa Bay. A flight of stairs also leads to the roof terrace, a private area that enjoys the most sensational views and plenty of additional space. For the comfort of our guests, even if a car is not necessary on this property, there is private (enclosed) parking available on-site free of charge. The tourist tax is included in the price. Important information to keep in mind: In the event of key loss or if keys are left inside the accommodation, a charge of 50 € will be applied during office hours and 75 € outside of office hours. New keys must be collected by the guest at our office. On the check-out day, no rubbish should be left on the property. Guests must remove it; otherwise, a charge of 150 € will be applied for waste management. The guest registration is required by law in Spain (Royal Decree 933/2021, of 26 October) and Greece (Law 4446/2016), therefore close to your arrival date, we will send an online check-in link for the registration of all guests.
