The picturesque surroundings are covered with a mixture of pine and oak forests, as well as small almond and olive groves. Villa Roca Verde perfectly combines relaxed Mallorcan style with a Scandinavian influence. The villa offers a large open-plan living room with a separate lounge area and an impressive designer fireplace. The elegant dining room is adjacent to a modern, fully equipped kitchen overlooking the well-tended garden. Villa Roca Verde offers four spacious and bright bedrooms; three of them have queen-size beds and the fourth bedroom offers two comfortable bunk beds. There are two full bathrooms: the first is en suite, with a bathtub, shower, and vanity with double sinks; the second bathroom has a bathtub, shower, and vanity with double sinks. There is also a separate toilet. Among other amenities, the villa offers air conditioning in the living room, as well as individual units in each bedroom. Ceiling fans are provided in the bedrooms. The new kitchen is fully equipped, with a dishwasher and all the kitchen utensils and crockery you could dream of. There is also a washing machine and dryer, bed linen and towels, etc. And, of course, a huge widescreen HD Smart TV and fiber optic WiFi connection, to keep you entertained and informed while you unwind and relax. You will definitely enjoy the private pool of approx. 8x6m along with beautiful terraces providing ample seating areas and an outdoor dining area equipped with an outdoor kitchen with a large barbecue.
