To the rear sits Ca’ Monastero 7’s up-to-date bathroom with bathtub and separate shower cubicle and, cleverly concealed behind semi-open*** dividing walls to the centre/rear of the apartment, the elegant master bedroom with double bed, wall sconces and luxury finishes, plus a doorway opening onto stairs leading to the ‘altana’ rooftop terrace - a splendid outside space with contemporary style furniture offering fabulous bird’s-eye views towards the dome and bell tower of San Geremia, the turret of the Fondaco Dei Turchi (Venice’s Natural History Museum), and the campanile of San Zan Degolà much closer to home. Please note that the operation of air-conditioning and heating are subject to municipality regulation.
