Milky House Milan is a former historic dairy transformed into a small loft designed by a traveler for other travelers. Located on the ground floor of a quiet and safe street, with an independent internal entrance, a 2-minute walk from the Cimiano stop, and 15 minutes by metro from the historic center. You'll love it! :-) CIR: 015146-CIM-02170 The space Milky House Milan is an entirely NON-SMOKING property. 2 double beds are in the beautiful upper loft (160*200 bed with 25cm Memory mattress) and 2 in the sofa bed on the lower floor (140*200 18cm Memory mattress). The bathroom has a double shower cabin with shower head and hand shower, integrated USB sockets on the wall, hairdryer, and towel warmer. LED backlit mirror, large support spaces and window. Soft, generously sized sponges and various amenities are provided for guests. There is a laundry area with a washer and dryer available. The kitchen is complete with everything you need: stove, microwave oven combined with grill, refrigerator/freezer, dishwasher, filter hood, toaster, water kettle, mini-blender, and of course a complete set of pots, pans, plates, and Sambonet cutlery. The kitchen is a separate room with a snack counter and bar stools for a couple of people to eat comfortably. Coffee with NESPRESSO machine with assorted capsules, tea, herbal teas and water are available. The living area, very cozy and located under the mezzanine, has a spectacular 55" LG SMART TV that will also allow you to watch Netflix and Prime Video with your account, satellite TV (tivusat), 1gb Wi-Fi connection throughout the house, a three-seater sofa bed (140x200 bed), wardrobes and compartments available to guests, a large window 2m high x 4m wide (the former window of the dairy, now transformed into a frosted glass window to preserve the safety and privacy of guests). Self check-in and self check-out without keys through an electronic numerical combination lock are possible, but Michele will be happy to welcome you as often as possible. Guest access Guests will have access to the entire property, except for a few lockers with staff access only (e.g., containing cleaning products or spare linen) Other things to note SMOKING POLICY: Please note that the entire property is NO SMOKING - SMOKING IS PROHIBITED. Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the house even with the windows open or looking out the window. The entire house is equipped with smoke and CO detectors. Penalties will be incurred for violations of the NO-SMOKING policy. PARKING: Free unattended parking is available on the street. The street is normally quiet, but if necessary, there are several paid parking lots that are guarded and open 24 hours a day.
