Take a trip back in time in this 70’s inspired beach house backed onto the beautiful Tooway Creek. Just minutes away from both Moffat and Dicky Beach, this 4 bedroom, 2 bathroom home is perfect for families. The space features beautiful wooden floors, a fully equipped kitchen and separate media room, all decorated with retro charm. Outside you will find a large backyard space, and a deck with a BBQ and plenty of seating. The space With all the appeal of the Sunshine Coast at your fingertips, you’ll want for nothing at this eclectic family home. Designed for easy family living, the home features four comfortable bedrooms, two bathrooms and plenty of space to relax both indoors and out. The open-plan kitchen and dining area creates a welcoming hub for the home. The fully equipped kitchen includes a large fridge and freezer, dishwasher, coffee machine, gas stovetop, oven and all your necessary appliances, with a fold-out window opening onto the side yard and garden. There is also a separate media room, providing another cosy space to relax, complete with comfortable seating, a flat-screen TV and Apple TV. Master Bedroom: The master bedroom features a king-sized bed, walk-in wardrobe, air-conditioning and direct access to the backyard. Bathroom 1 (Ensuite): The private ensuite includes a shower, toilet and vanity. Bedroom 2: Features a queen-sized bed and wardrobe space. Bedroom 3: Features a queen-sized bed and wardrobe space. Bedroom 4: Features two single beds and wardrobe space. Bathroom 2: A separate main bathroom services the remaining bedrooms. Laundry: The laundry room includes a washing machine and access to an outdoor clothesline. Please note there is no dryer. Outside, the spacious yard and deck offer plenty of room to make the most of the Sunshine Coast weather. Relax in the swing chair or outdoor lounges, fire up the BBQ, or gather around the outdoor dining table with seating for eight. Guests can also enjoy free WiFi throughout their stay, with driveway parking available for up to two cars. Guest access The property contains a fully fenced secure yard and is suitable for families travelling with small children. You will have access to the entire property including laundry, car port and the driveway (with space for two cars). There is extra parking along the street. Other things to note *We DO NOT take schoolies bookings* *No guests under the age of 20 travelling independently, fine if accompanied by family (ie. young adults apart from a family booking is ok.) *This home is in a residential community with neighbours in close proximity. We have quiet hours on the Sunshine Coast after 9pm. We ask that you also generally respect our neighbours and keep noise to a minimum generally. *Please note to stay with us you will be required to fill out a check-in form for your stay. This is a requirement of all our guests that stay with us, access to our home will only be provided after the completion of our form.
