Guest access Entry is by door code. Guests have access to the entire home. Access is limited to registered guests only. Any visitors must be approved by the host and may not stay overnight. We require all guests to sign our rental agreement and provide photo ID via the digital form before check-in instructions will be sent. Other things to note This historic home, built in 1873 by County Attorney and Judge William T. Simmons, has undergone a massive two-year remodel to restore it to its original purpose as a residence. Throughout its lifetime, the house has been repurposed as a doctor's office, law office, and photography studio. Now, the house has been carefully restored with original features, such as exposed brick and cypress beams, while also featuring modern amenities. With its rich history and restored character, this home is the perfect place for large groups visiting Williamstown and the Ark Encounter.
