Also has 50 " front porch to sit outside. 6 miles from Bristol Raceway,close to Johnson City, Kingsport, Jonesboro, Virginia, and North Carolina.Lots of things to do, like fishing, hiking,white water rafting,flea marketing,lots of close eating places. and breweries. Or, just relax on the front porch!:) The space This trailer is open concept, remodeled. It feels bigger than what it is! The 50 foot front porch is a hit with all, to sit outside, day and night! The brand new big fenced in yard is an added treat for Dog fur babies to run and play! Guest access Our guests have access to the 14 x 70 mobile home. The garage is also accessible,upon request, with ceiling fan, trash cans, some tools, and large enough for small car, or motorcycles. There is also a roofed place for boat. This all sits on a half acre lot, which has a brand new wooden, 6 foot privacy fence around half of it, and a 4 ft. chain link fence around the rest of the property. Chain link gate, with parking inside of property. Other things to note Please, if you have DOGS, scoop the poop!! Please leave the place as you found it, meaning wash any dishes, and put dirty towels in laundry baskets provided. I will strip the beds. Thank you. Put trash outside, in can provided.
