In 2025, the home underwent a $500K renovation designed for comfort: • Upper deck with sweeping ocean views from both primary bedrooms • Chef’s kitchen with top-tier appliances • Bright dining area with a 10-person farmhouse table • Cozy front porch for morning coffee & ocean breezes STR21-00183 The space Beach Plum at Goose Rocks Beach 6 bedrooms, 3‐bath (2 inside full bathrooms & 1 outside shower) occupancy is now 10 people (including all adults and all children). located along the path to the famed white sands of Goose Rocks Beach. Pet Policy: We may consider allowing one small dog (at least 1 year old and under 20 pounds). A separate fee of $50 per day ($350 per week) applies. Please contact us before your arrival to discuss this option. No pets are allowed unless approved in advance prior to signing the rental agreement. Garage: beach bikes, beach chairs, 2 kayaks, a paddle-board, boogie boards, tubes, life jackets, a beach cart, and plenty of beach toys (buckets, shovels, and more). We have also stocked beach games like: Corn Hole, Can Jam, Spike Ball, Bocce, and a variety of sports gear— Grill: it’s located in the garage! • Propane: If the tank runs out, please replace it. Extra tanks are available in the shed. If all tanks are empty, contact us—We will reimburse you for the cost of a new one. • Cleaning: Please clean the grill thoroughly after each use to help prevent fires and keep it ready for the next guest. Using aluminum foil is encouraged to make cleanup easier. • Respect for Others: The cleaning staff will inspect the grill after your departure. If it is not cleaned properly, a fine will be issued. Please be considerate and leave it spotless for the next renter. Linens: Bed sheets and bath towels are not provided. You can bring your own linens, or for an additional charge, Cottage Linens can deliver them to The Beach Plum. Beach towels, hand towels and kitchen towels are provided—please wash and return them before departure. Bedrooms: • 1 King-outside deck/ocean view • 1 Queen-outside deck/ocean view • 1 Queen • 2 Twins • 1 Full • 1 Full Starter Supplies: We provide an initial supply of the following for your convenience: • 1 roll of paper towels • 2 rolls of toilet paper • 1 sponge • 1 bar of soap • 2 laundry pods Please note that these items are not replenished during your stay. Parking: There are two parking spots available in the driveway. If you need additional parking, daily and weekly passes can be purchased at the General Store. Please remember not to park on the grass. Local Information: You will find a drawer to the left of the stove in the kitchen with a binder and brochures featuring recommendations for local restaurants, activities, and services. Feel free to take a look and enjoy discovering the area! Games: You will find a variety of games in the chest and closet of the side bedroom and puzzles in the blue chest in the upstairs hallway. Feel free to enjoy them during your stay! We kindly ask that you return everything as you found it so the next guests can have just as much fun.
