A top-tier 5-bedroom Gulf-front beach house with a private, heated pool and a second-floor Game Room with a Gulf-view balcony. Island Time VI has 2 Master suites (one on the main level and the second upstairs) and one of the best views of any home on the Island. This 5-bedroom, 3.5 bath two-story beach house is nearly ready! It has a unique Gulf-front dipping pool; with benches along the sides, so you can sit in the pool and enjoy the great Gulf of Mexico views! There is a cozy second-floor Other things to note Pool Heating Note: Pool temperature can vary during cooler months, as the system relies on outdoor air temperatures. In colder conditions (around 50°F), heating may be less effective or temporarily unavailable (45°F and below), and it can take up to 24 hours to reach the desired temperature when weather allows. As with all of our Dauphin Island Beach Rentals, all linens and towels are provided, WIFI, along with a fully-outfitted kitchen. There will be a starter pack of toilet paper, paper towels, and trash bags; please plan on bringing more for day 2 ;). A great beach vacation is waiting on you! Please note the following: 1. Minimum Age for the Primary Renter is 25, and Primary Renter must be present for the entire stay. 2. Maximum Occupancy numbers include Children 3 and over and cannot be exceeded at any time. 3. All of our Homes are Non-Smoking. 4. A signed Rental Agreement is Required, which contains additional Rules and Guidance. 5. This property does not allow weddings or parties. 6. Check-in time is 3 pm, and check-out time is 10 am. 7. Start dishes and linens before departure. 8. Take the trash can to the street on Tuesday night and Friday night. 9. This home is pet-friendly, dogs only, 2-Pet Maximum Limit - $100 pet fee per pet plus tax applies. Pet Fee is NOT included in Airbnb quote and will result in additional charge.
