In case we are denied to submit all infomation mentioned before, we cannot either send check-in guide or accept your stay. Thank you very much for your understanding. From 12 pm you can drop your luggage. Please know that cleaning is on half way / not done yet when you drop your luggage before check in time 4pm. Basically we canNOT keep your luggage after check out time, but please feel free to talk to us:) Please do let us know if you wish late check out:) We could agree depending on the availability on our calendar. 2000yen for 1 hour late check out. Please dispose of the bags of garbage regularly. Also, please feel free to use the cleaning items to keep the room clean. In case the room remains too messy/dirty and it is hard to finish cleaning up by the normal quality of work, extra fee may be charged on the guests(twice time of the cleaning fee plus other expenses for the task to be completed ) Bulky garbage will be 3000yen to to dispose.
