This 2 bedroom, 2 bath condo is located on the sixth floor at Dolphin Point and can sleep 6. 601C offers a boat slip for an additional daily fee. Holds up to a 34 foot boat. Slip has power and water, no lift. Boat slip fee can be removed if you are not bringing a boat. The modern kitchen has plenty of counter space to cook a full meal with the provided cook and bakeware. Stainless steel full sized appliances allow for you to eat in every night if you’re looking to stay in after a spending time at the pool or beach. The dining area seats 4 with additional seating at the bar. The living room has plenty of comfortable seating for everyone to relax on and enjoy the large flat screen TV. The guest bedroom has a Queen sized bed and Twin extra-long murphy bed bunks. The guest bathroom is close by an has a combination tub/shower. The spacious Master bedroom has a King sized bed and large flat screen TV. The adjoining bathroom has a double sink vanity and walk in shower. The condo has a large balcony and offers multiple views of the beautiful Destin Harbor. Condo has a washer and dryer. Dolphin Point has a strict occupancy and 2 car parking limit. No oversized vehicles or trailers are allowed. The complex is about a 10-15 minute walk to the beach. Other things to note Occupancy includes all guests staying in the unit this includes children under 3. We provide all linens for the unit except beach towels. We supply 2 rolls of toilet paper in each bathroom, a trash bag in each trash can and a starter set of dish soap and bar soap. Once those items are used it is up to the guest to purchase more items. Food items will not be left in the condo, this includes salt & pepper. We do not supply paper towels either.
