Phoenix properties have always been sought after destinations in their own right, however Phoenix West II has gone to a new level! This fabulous Gulf front property on the 21st floor has bright open spaces to be able to take in gorgeous views from east to west. Everything is UPGRADED! This unit boasts custom granite counters throughout, tile bar backsplash in the kitchen, tile throughout, and much more! The large kitchen/living/dining combo is perfect for a larger group to spread out but still spend time together. The living room has a 60 inch Smart TV with an attached Blu-ray player. The dining area has 6 chairs, with bar seating there's a place for everyone, All 3 bedrooms are equipped with 42 inch Smart TV's. The master has a comfortable king bed, adjacent master bathroom has a jetted tub, walk in shower, and separate commode closet. The second guest bedroom features another king bed, with adjacent bathroom with tub/shower condominium. The third guest bedroom offers 2 queen beds, with a private bath including tub/shower surround. There is a bonus full bath in the hallway, with walk in shower. There is a full size dining table with 6 chairs on the balcony for sunrise or sunset get togethers. We are sure that 2110 will be your families vacations destination year after year, The lazy river, pools, hot tubs, sauna, fitness center, and tennis courts are second to none! The tennis/basketball/pickleball courts, putting green, grilling area and oversized parking are not assessable until after 5/1/2023. This is per the HOA. The Association handles the parking passes and are purchased at the front desk upon arrival. They are $45.00 per vehicle per the length of your stay, not per night. Only two passes are allowed for all units. Monthly reservations will be charged $45 per month. Monthly winter rentals are available December to March. Please call for pricing and availability. Minimum age of 25 years of age to reserve and must be present during stay. Phoenix West II is a non smoking complex. Smoking is forbidden in units or on balconies. No pets Note: Traffic Re-routing: Traffic will continue to be re-routed. The East exit ramp will be closed, therefore re-routing both entering and exiting of the parking garage via the west ramp. Parking levels 1 and 2 in the garage are not available. Parking is deck 4-10 until further notice
