The space This is a 3 bedroom house older style house built in the 80s, fully self contained and comfortable with all the comforts of home. Need more space? Other things to note Pet policy - pets are allowed however they are entirely your responsibility. Property is fully fenced and well sheltered. For the consideration of future guests, indoor pets may sleep in the laundry at night or in their bed crate but are expected not to enter rooms with carpet or be allowed to jump on furniture. They will require regular trips outside as there is no dog door. Any damage caused must be rectified prior to leaving or will be billed for damages e.g. holes dug, toilet removal, damaged furniture etc. Linen (sheets and personal towel) and personal toiletries are NOT supplied - BYO. All other linen is supplied e.g. quilts and covers, pillows, mattress protectors, blankets, tea towels, hand towels, bath mats, 3 rolls of toilet paper are supplied and some basic tea, coffee, detergents etc. Linen hire is available for $15 per bed per stay. Can be paid in cash on arrival. 3 days notice required for linen hire. Games/dvds are supplied - please respect these items and put away neatly.
