This is a newly built two-story building completed in March 2020. This is a rare 3LDK type in Sapporo, so it is spacious and comfortable. The nearest station is Gakuenmae Station, 3 stops from Sapporo Station on the Toho Subway Line. It is about a 5-minute walk from there. Wi-Fi, toilets, and baths are available on the first and second floors, and there are also appliances such as a refrigerator, washing machine, dryer (for a fee), and microwave oven, making it safe for long stays and family use. There is also free parking (reservation required). Bedding: There are 8 semi-double beds. Towels: One bath and one face towel per person for one night, two bath and face towels per person for two nights or more, and additional towels for five nights or more. If you don't have enough, please wash and use them. The room is a 3LDK with an area of about 111 ㎡. [Entry flow] There is a front (reception) building in front of the building. We have a tablet there, so please follow the screen to check in. Finally, you'll see the PIN for your room. Please be careful not to forget your PIN number as the entrance to the room is auto-locked. [Check-out procedure] Please use the tablet at the front desk and follow the screen to check out. Parking: Parking is available for 1 vehicle per reservation. For 2 or more cars, please use the coin-operated parking lot in the neighborhood. When you come by car, please use parking lot number 3. Additional charges: If the number of guests exceeds 6, an additional charge of 3,000 yen per night will be incurred for 7 or more guests. Guest access Please do not enter the closet under the stairs on the ground floor, as it is the storage room for the room. Everything else inside is available for your use.
