The space Fully self contained one bedroom apartment on the top third floor with open plan living, dining, and kitchen, ensuite bathroom, plus a sitting area with a double sofa bed leading from the dining area. Modern and comfortable, with super fast unlimited internet. Peaceful while being steps away from all the action. Note - access is via two flights of stairs - there is no lift. LIVING AREA - 3 seater leather couch, Tasmanian oak coffee table and entertainment unit, internet TV with Netflix, JBL sound bar. KITCHEN - Quality appliances - cooktop and oven, microwave, dishwasher, and utensils and tableware - perfect for cooking up a storm or just enjoying a freshly brewed coffee. Basic cooking supplies provided - oil, herbs and spices, as well as coffee (beans, ground, instant), milk and a selection of teas. DINING - 4 seater table with great views. BEDROOM - Spacious built in mirrored wardrobe, marble top bedside tables, reading lamps, warm queen bed with quality professionally laundered linen to provide you with a peaceful sleep. BATHROOM - step up into shower, vanity unit, heated towel rail, Miele combination washer/dryer, hairdryer, toiletries provided. Bathroom is accessed from the bedroom. SITTING AREA - located off the living area, with a double leather sofa bed. Note an extra $30 per stay will be charged to your booking after you book if you require the sofa bed when only two guests stay. Please advise at time of booking if sofa bed is required for a two-guest stay. The sitting area has no door separating it from the living space. PARKING - Guests can make use of the secure garage for standard vehicles only. Large 4WD vehicles or those with items on the roof racks will not clear the roller door. Note: a $100 replacement fee will be charged if the remote key for the garage is not returned. Free parking with 2 and 3-hour limits is also available on the street. FOR 2 GUESTS WANTING SEPARATE BEDS - If you would like the sofa bed made up and staying with only 2 guests your booking will be amended by an additional $30 per stay. Please advise at the time of booking. The linen is ordered in and the sofa bed is made beforehand. HEATING / COOLING - For those warm days (very few in Hobart!) there is ample cool air flow by opening windows or using the oscillating fan. On those chilly days there are two panel heaters available and extra blankets. There is no heat pump / air conditioning. CHECK IN/OUT FLEXIBILITY - Earlier check in and later check out may be possible dependent on other bookings. FAMILIES - While we welcome families there are limited facilities for toddlers and infants. A travel cot, baby bath, high chair booster seat and toddler tableware are available and can be requested at the time of booking.
