The spacious 115㎡ detached house (with parking) in Maihama, 1,600m from Tokyo Disney Resort (6 minutes by bus or 20 minutes on foot only), is available for private use by a group of up to 22 people! The house is a landlord-less type with a numbered auto-locking lock, so it offers excellent privacy and security during your stay. It can be used as a place to stay for large groups traveling together. The space (For a group of 17 or more persons, the rate for 16 persons plus +750 yen/night for each additional person.) ♪Entrance♪ A big and cute stuffed animal of Mickey and Minnie will welcome you. Slippers for every guest are provided. ♪Living/dining room♪ Quiet parties without loud noises are possible. The kitchen is adjacent to the living/dining room, so you can cook or order delivery for a large group. Cooking utensils and tableware for the number of guests are provided. Seasonings are not provided as standard. (To prevent infection and food poisoning) Air conditioning and high output gas fan heater are available. ♪Bedrooms♪ There are 4 bedrooms, so many guests choose to have separate bedrooms for men and women, or for each family member. A total of 14 single beds are available in three Western-style rooms on the second floor, and a single futon will be provided in one Western-style room on the first floor for 15 or more guests. All bedding for the number of guests is provided in standard size singles so that guests do not feel cramped when sleeping. One towel and one bath towel are provided for each guest.
