The space Featuring an open plan living/dining kitchen, and an enormous, partially glassed- in deck, to protect you in all weather. FREE WIFI available. There are 3 bedrooms, and 2 bathrooms. The master has a king size bed, built-in robes, doors which open out onto the deck, and an en-suite. The en-suite has heated flooring and towel rail, large walk in shower, vanity, toilet and bidet. The second queen bedroom has not only a huge window so you can enjoy the views, but also double doors, and built-in robe. The third bedroom features sliding door out to the deck, again with views from the bedroom over the Bay of Fires, built in robe and a queen bed. The second bathroom is just across the hall from the other bedrooms, features under floor heating, heated towel rails and brand new vanity/toilet/shower. The modern kitchen has it all. Upmarket appliances, one button Jurra coffee machine, (plunger if you prefer), hotplates, dishwasher, convection microwave, toaster, electric frypan and kettle, soda maker, cutlery, glasses, crockery and kitchen utensils, with a full size fridge and freezer. There is even a quality rice cooker - slow cooker. If you can stand leaving the property, there is a restaurant a short 100 metre stroll down the hill. The laundry is behind sliding doors in the hall, and has a washing machine, laundry trough, iron and ironing board. There is an electric clothes dryer, and an outdoor clothes line. The outside entertaining area is a huge, covered, modern deck. Lined on one side with wall to ceiling glass, so you can enjoy it all year round. There is an outdoor dining setting which seats 8, a modern lounge setting, and sun lounges, and a family size WeberQ BBQ. And did I mention the views?
