Master has a walk in closet. Both the living room and bedroom have ocean views. Find a king size bed in the master bedroom and a new king bed in the extra bedroom. Yep 2 kings in unit. 3 TVs, one in each room. and one large TV in the living room. We have added a Breakfast table. There’s a Murphy bed and sleeper sofa. Our unit is very special. The condo is about 1300 square feet. There is a door leading from the master bedroom to the deck with beautiful views of ocean and sand. Plus a slider off living room for deck access as well. We have a walk in closet off the master bedroom that leads to the master bathroom. This unit is a bit closer to the water so ocean views can be seen from kitchen window and side windows as your view isn't obstructed by other condos. There are only 6 units so it is very private. We have a nice size living room so room for 2 beds....a sleeper sofa and a Murphy bed that folds out of sight. Also there is a fold away table in the kitchen for extra dining. We have a fireplace heater as well. Very unique. You can also see all the way up and down the coast . We are new to this whole experience but so far everyone is loving our unit as much as we do and we look forward to serving our guests with all the comforts of home. Our kitchen is fully stocked and chef ready with newer stainless steel appliances and pretty much every gadget you can think of. We also offer linens and towels. Also see our unit next door. You may walk down the beach just a short walk to the Conch restaurant and enjoy a drink or dine with friends. Book with confidence. We look forward to your visit to our condo by the sea. Jodie:) Our whole condo unit is available and you can always walk around the full condo and talk with other guests I am available 24/7. We have many reviews on our VRBO site that states we are friendly and always available. I respond quickly to questions. We are close to everything. Grocery stores and restaurants. You can walk right down the beach to the conch restaurant it’s right on the sand. and just a few minutes away. We’re very close to the food lion on the 17 and Melody. Parking is limited but there’s public parking close by. Very important!- Parking is limited to one vehicle in the lot. Occasionally the guest spot is open. There is public parking on 1300 Block, which is 1 block away from our unit @ $50/week or $12/day. It's free during the offseason.
