There also is a $300.00 refundable security deposit that Airbnb will hold to cover incidentals – i.e. damage, broken items, extra cleaning charge if the condo is left extremely dirty and for excessive dirty dishes or laundry. There are no extra utility fees, added taxes, or service charges (as the hotels charge).
