Welcome to Fever River View Rentals ! Located on the quiet south end of Main Street and in walking distance to all downtown businesses. This house has two separate units but may be rented as a whole house, if the downstairs apartment is not already rented. Though it says entire home, this listing is only for the unshared upstairs apt. If your group is 5 or more you'll have to ask for a special price for the 'entire house'. The max of 10 guests is for the entire house. Prices based on # guests. The space This upstairs unit includes three bedrooms, one bath, and kitchenette. Down the backstairs is a great living room, with a small bar, fireplace and backyard deck. There is a private entrance from back deck. The downstairs unit is listed on aribnb "Fever River View Master Suite". Take a look at that downstairs unit, should you want to rent the entire house and open the hospitality door between the units. .Walking distance to bike/hike path, boat landing, downtown restaurants and bars. Great for groups that want to enjoy the downtown, without having to drive home. The back deck has plenty of outdoor furniture and a grill. Guest access The entire house, except for the downstairs apartment. If you're able to rent both units, the house will sleep 10. The downstairs unit is listed on airbnb as "Fever River Outfitters Master Suite", where you may see pictures of it. Inquire about renting both units for a special offer. Other things to note ** Note that on nights that I have guests staying downstairs, I only allow 4-5 persons to stay upstairs, even though the capacity sleeps 6. The reason for this is that the potential for noise that could disturb the downstairs guests is too great. My goal is to give all of my guests a peaceful stay. If you have 6 or more guests, please inquire with me first to find out if the downstairs is booked yet, and if not you can book for 6 or more and even perhaps the entire house. When booking, request only the maximum number of guests. I'm unable to change numbers after booking is confirmed, and I 'm very strict about not exceeding number of guests staying. Also please note that Stove is located in other downstairs apartment. This lisiting has all kitchenette amenities listed, but no stove. If you rent the entire house you'll have access to a stove. I follow Airbnb’s enhanced cleaning protocol, which was developed with expert guidance.
