Unique, historic adobe 2 bedroom, 1 bath casita right in the heart of Alamogordo. Close to grocery stores and restaurants. The casita is next door to a beer & wine garden which we own as well. A great place for a glass of wine or craft beer! This space is perfect for TDY stays. We do rent this space nightly but prefer a longer term stay for Holloman personnel. We will work with your housing allotment. If you're interested in viewing this space message me for an appointment. You can walk just a few steps and you're at the beer & wine garden! There is potential for noise as we are next to the beer and wine garden. There is a lock box to access the key. I'll send check in information a few days before arrival. This property is near the train tracks, therefore you will hear a train from time to time. The beer & wine garden is literally in your back yard, potential for noise. Friday & Saturday's we close at 1:30 am, Wednesday's & Thursday's-midnight,the beer & wine garden is closed on Monday's & Tuesday's.
