The space We have such a wide and varied selection of Savannah vacation rentals, but one of our cozier properties is the romantically named Bird Baldwin Twelve Oaks. This second-floor apartment is approximately 1,100 square feet and can accommodate two guests with one bedroom and one bathroom. Please note that this unit is located on the second floor and requires climbing stairs for access. It is an ideal choice for a couple or solo traveler. The bedroom features a king-size bed, while the bathroom offers a walk-in shower and soft towels. Like all of our Savannah downtown vacation rentals, Bird Baldwin offers a fully equipped kitchen and an in-unit washer and dryer, making extended stays convenient. With its location between Bernard Street and West Liberty Street, you'll be within walking distance of attractions such as Orleans Square, Savannah Coffee Roasters, Adventure Tours, and Pulaski Square. Inside the parlor, you'll be transported back to a nostalgic time with the furnishings and decorative touches reminiscent of a bygone age. At the same time, you'll also find modern conveniences like a flat-screen TV and a thick, plush sofa. The bedroom is in a large room just off this living area and features another flat-screen TV along with a chair and writing desk. Go through another door from there and find the modern kitchen. The kitchen is stocked and equipped to help you cook great meals during your stay. It offers a refrigerator, microwave, range, tea kettle, coffee maker, dishwasher, kitchen towels, dishes and glassware. The bathroom and laundry area are adjacent. For our Savannah properties it is a scenic 25-minute drive through Wilmington and Whitmarsh Island, taking you over the Savannah River Delta onto Tybee Island. The Pool is open during the below dates and times. March 1 - Oct 31: Open 7 days a week from 10am-5pm. Nov 1 - Feb 28/29: Open Friday and Saturday from 10am-5pm Additional Pool Hours available during the off-season are listed below. If these dates fall in the middle of the week, the pool will be open as listed below and every Friday and Saturday.
