This recently refurbished 2 bedroom apartment has preserved some elements of character, such as tile details, a brick lined wall and wooden ceiling, combining modern and comfortable décor. Bedroom with double bed and second bedroom with two single beds 2 bathrooms, one with walking shower. Fully equpped and moder kitchen with hob, washing machine, tumble dryer, dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, kettle, a small dining table. The living room features a comfortable sofa, flat-screen cable TV and a dining table. On the ground floor of the building´s complex, there is a large swimming pool and lawned garden and a little play area for children. The is a cozy cafe as facing the swimming pool that offers snacks drinks and light meals. This apartment is located on the 2nd floor of a building with lift and private garage. Conveniently located in São Pedro do Estoril, it´s close to all services, cafes, restaurants, and transport. Estoril's São Pedro Beach is just a 2-minute walk away. Guests have full access to the whole apartment, including the swimming pool, garden, as well as parking and the garage of the building. We hope you have a lovely stay! The train station of São Pedro do Estoril also, which makes the trips to Lisbon and Cascais very fast and comfortable, as well as scenic. For those who prefer to use the car, the apartment has a parking in the garage of the condominium. We have the responsibility to make such communication, but for this purpose it is mandatory to present an identification document, such as a passport or identity card and also the following data: - City where you born - City where you live - City where the passport was issued The deadline for delivery of these bulletins is three working days, both for entry and exit of the foreign citizen. The deadline shall be for full days from the date of lodging or the departure, irrespective of the time at which the registration was made. It is not compulsory to fill in and sign personal notes for both spouses and accompanying minors, as well as for all members of a travel group, and this obligation may be fulfilled by one of the spouses or by a member of that group. The display of the identification and the registration of the data are obligatory to allow the lodging. The personal data provided will be treated in full confidentiality. TOURIST RATE Since 7 April 2017, the Cascais authorities have implemented a new city tax. This city tax is € 2 per person per night and is not included in the total price of your accommodation. It must be paid on arrival in cash. This tax is charged to guests aged 13 and over. You are subject to a maximum amount of € 14 per person. In compliance with the Law, each guest will be asked to fill out an accommodation bulletin with all their information: name, date of birth, place of residence, passport number or other legally authorized document. Please note that a tourist tax will be required at check-in. HOME RULES Do not leave the lights on if you are not using the space. No smoking inside the house. The quiet times (10:00 p.m./night) and all rules of the building should be respected. It is forbidden to subscribe to TV channels. Guests on holiday should bear in mind that the apartment is located in a where other residents reside. We ask you not to put music or television with loud sound after 11:00 The security deposit may NOT be returned if the rules are not respected and the disturbances jeopardize the tranquility of the remaining residents.
