For large groups staying a week, we recommend a grocery run for extra toilet paper, paper towels, and trash bags. • Pool Heat: Optional pool heat is available during winter months for an additional fee. The pool heating fee is $200 + 13% tax • Noise: This home is in a residential neighborhood.
