A vacation house on Angle Pond in New England, USA
OnAnglePond is a house on lake front property, in a safe residential, recreational neighborhood. House is 30 seconds walk to the lake. Enjoy exclusive access to the beach & dock, private nature trail, back yard, and 2 free parking spaces. Enjoy beautiful lake views from the kitchen, living room, and 3 season covered porch. Ideal place for swimming, fishing, canoeing, exploring NH restaurants, Atlantic coast beaches, and White mountains. About a half hr from NH airport, and 1 hr from Boston. The space The guest-house has 2 bedrooms, one full bath, with capacity for 4 guests. There is key-less entry, internet/Wifi, books for reading, and two TVs with Roku/Fire-TV. First bedroom has a queen-size bed, the second bedroom has two twin-size beds, and the living room has a full-size sleeper sofa. Linen, towels, blankets, and comforters are provided for number of guests specified in the reservation. Extra items are available upon request. A brand new washer & dryer is available for doing laundry within the guest-house. There is a forced hot air furnace for heat, window ACs in both bedrooms, an air purifier, extra space heaters, and fans in all rooms. An outdoor portable grill is also available, with complimentary charcoal. There is an open concept kitchen, living, dinning area with high vaulted ceilings, and a three season covered porch. There are parking spaces for two cars. The kitchen has all the appliances, dishes, and cooking utensils. Kitchen pantry supplies, tea, and coffee. Guest access Guests may use the entire guest-house for a minimum of 5 days. Half of the paved driveway is available for free 2 car parking. The guests may walk down to the beach, fire pit, and dock, to which they have exclusive access. Guests may rent the canoe for a small fee, or bring their own canoe/kayak. Guests have exclusive access to the nature trail and wooded back yard. The nature trail meanders through a forest of tall pines, birches, oaks, and maple trees. Birds native to the forest are Pileated woodpeckers. Migratory birds include gold finches, cardinals, blue jays, sparrows, northern blue bird, and other New England birds. Experience forest-bathing as you stroll through the nature trail. Other things to note Guests are requested to let us know their estimated time of arrival in case they check-in after 9 pm. Hood Rd is a 200 ft. long unpaved road to the vacation house, and does not have street lights, therefore guests should read the directions we share on the check-in day, and feel free to contact us if needed.
