COMPLETELY RENOVATED, 2 STORY TOWN HOME with stunning ocean views from balcony, living room, dining room and master bedroom! You'll be mesmerized by the ocean views and relaxed at the sounds of the peaceful waves that lap at the silky shore just steps away. This lovely home in building #2 has 2 bedrooms and 2 1/2 baths and sleeps 6 people comfortably. It has a 65” HD television in the living room. With solid wood doors throughout, this chic, bright and airy condo is very comfortable and relaxing. This unit is on the 2nd floor of the building. The kitchen is well appointed with everything you need for cooking a great family dinner. The dining area seats six. The master bedroom has a king size pillow top bed that restores you after your day of activity and fun at the beach or visiting St. Augustine. The second bedroom has two solid wood twin beds with pillow top mattresses and there’s a brand new, queen size sofa sleeper in the living room. There are books to choose from for those relaxing days and a desk for your laptop. Summerhouse complex has four heated pools, tennis courts, pickle ball courts, racquetball courts, and bike racks. There are grills with cabanas, new playgrounds for kids and horseshoes and shuffleboard. The St. Augustine and St Johns County area have a great variety of golf courses for players of every level and skill. There are bicycles for rent, as well, relatively nearby on A1A. Walkovers to the beach have seating areas where you can go and enjoy the view, read, or just relax with friends. Crescent Beach, where Summerhouse unit 112 is located, is known as one of the most beautiful beaches in the northeast of Florida. It’s an expansive white powder beach! You’ll find fisherman, bikers when the tide recedes, walkers, surfers, kite boarders, shell gatherers, and of course sun bathers! Further north, 4 wheel drive vehicles are allowed. St. Augustine city center, only 10 miles north, is the most ancient, gorgeous city in Florida...and America for that matter! It hosts restaurants, stunning historic churches, some of the finest art galleries and a myriad of chic boutique shops. The first Friday of every month features an Art Walk, where some galleries even serve refreshments and stay open in the evening. As you walk cobble stone streets you have opportunity to explore history all around you, often hearing church bells. You can sight see through horse and buggy or trolley tours, or just shop til you drop! You will want to return year after year! Bring an extra queen sheet set, blankets and pillows if you plan on using the sofa bed. The cleaning company provides a limited amount of basic necessities (toilet paper, trash bags, dishwasher/laundry soap, etc.) to get you started, you will want to bring some with you. We are available to answer standard questions from 8 am to 5 pm. We keep our phones on 24/7 for emergencies only. Please try to only send us urgent texts/messages after 5 PM and before 8 AM. Summer House is a beautiful and safe complex. We also have a several private beach access stairs to the beach. Our swimming pools are heated, so you can enjoy them all year round. This unit is on the 2nd floor of the building, must climb stairs. A car is suggested, even though you can use taxi and uber services. The history of St. Augustine is incomparable with almost any other on our coast. Founded in 1565 it is chock full of amazing places to visit, from the oldest house to the first schoolroom, to the impenetrable fort built by the Spanish. Lincolnville, just south of downtown St. Augustine takes you on a walking tour of the history of the civil rights movement noting where Martin Luther King stayed on numerous occasions. Needless to say, there’s also so many unique shops, and the restaurants are so varied and truly have an international flavor! There are things to do no matter the weather! You can take a free boat ride to Fort Matanzas and learn the history about the battles fought on this island about 7 miles south. Further south is Marineland where you can swim with dolphins! There are always concerts at St. Augustine Amphitheatre and events at Francis Field as well. You will never run out of things to do here in St. Augustine. It is probably one of the most beautiful places in all of Florida, and for sure one of the most photographed! Come and see for yourself! The location of this property makes it convenient to most local points of interest and the value can’t be beat for the amount of space and for private beach access! You will be able to check-in with ease with the keycode we provide just before your stay, no keys to lose! Our properties are professionally maintained and cleaned. The hosts are just a message away to answer questions or give recommendations for local food and fun.
