Our pet-friendly home, and folks tell us with their wonderful reviews is a very charming and warm old island home - with recent historic designation. It's located just a few yards from the lovely 100-yard path onto the beach and is just 20 minutes from Charleston. Kitchen and dining equipment, a simple outdoor BBQ, towels, linens, laundry room. 4 Bedrooms, 2 Bathrooms, (Sleeps 8). Note: we do not provide beach towels. The space Just 9 yards away from the footpath to the beautiful beach on the Atlantic Ocean, the duplex's upper level has private entrances, four bedrooms (one King, two with double beds, one with twin beds), two indoor bathrooms, two outdoor showers, and comfortably accommodates eight people. Living room, dining room; Ceiling fans in each room. Central Air Conditioning/Heat. Large screened front porch; Rooftop Deck with seating. The large, screened, front porch with plush furniture serves as a second living area. A winding staircase at the end of the porch leads to the rooftop deck with comfortable lounge furniture. The lower level with separate entrances is rented year round by one-person, a close family member. Other things to note All dogs are required to be approved by the owner and have a Sullivan’s Island license and collar.
