Els Abats

The rural house Els Abats is located in Fornalutx, in the heart of the Serra de Tramuntana, offering spectacular views of the Sóller valley and the mountains. The property features a living room, a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, bedrooms, and 1 bathroom, accommodating up to 4 guests. High-speed Wi-Fi, air conditioning in the double bedrooms, and a TV are provided. Other things to note The outdoor area is the highlight of the estate: a private garden, terrace with panoramic views, and a natural pool treated with chlorine and active oxygen, with water renewed every 7 days. Pool maintenance takes place on Thursdays from 17:00 to 20:00, during which time the pool is unavailable. The pool is open from May to October, inclusive. Pets are welcome. The nearest village, Biniaraix, is an 8-minute drive away. Sóller, with supermarkets, shops, and restaurants, is about 20 minutes away. Access: The property is in a mountain area, reached via narrow mountain roads. We recommend renting a small car. The final path to the house requires careful walking. The host offers parking about 100 meters from the property and will help with luggage on arrival and departure. There are 3 security cameras facing only the exterior: one at the main entrance, one at the parking and butane cylinder area, and one at the rear entrance near the largest bedroom. Important: The garden is fenced with gates and barriers to protect the plants from local wildlife (sheep). Please keep them closed at all times when entering or leaving. Any damage to the garden or plants caused by leaving gates or barriers open is the guest's responsibility and may be deducted from the deposit.
