A studio apartment with kitchenette in a separate room on the first floor, consisting of a bedroom with a double bed and a double sofa bed, a fully equipped kitchen, a bathroom with shower and a communal swimming pool. In the flat there is an LED TV (flat screen) with satellite reception, a fully equipped kitchen (induction hob, fridge and freezer, Italian espresso machine, toaster, crockery), clothes rack, safe and wi-fi connection. THE SPACE The house consists of 4 flats. Other things to note There is a washing machine common to all flats. For all guests there is a large garden behind the house with a 7x4-metre swimming pool. There is private parking on the property. The communal car park and the swimming pool have 24-hour video surveillance. SELF CHECK-IN PROCEDURES: With self check-in everything is much easier and you have no time constraints! You will be sent instructions on how to check in online. After check-in you will be sent instructions on how to collect the keys yourself, in a combination box outside the flat. You must have a document (ID card or passport) for each person staying in the flat, according to Italian law, and children under the age of 18 can only stay if accompanied by a parent. All guests will be given a free "TIGNALE CARD".
