Our Vogelnest vacation rental on the 10th floor offers a magnificent view of the forests and mountains. From the sunny balcony, you can enjoy the vastness of the Black Forest. Inside, you will find a bright, quiet atmosphere with full amenities – ideal for arriving, unwinding, and feeling at home. Hiking trails start right outside the front door. Whether it’s breakfast with a view, reading in the sun, or a walk through nature, this is where your break from everyday life begins. The space Welcome to the Bird's Nest In a quiet location on the outskirts of Baiersbronn-Obertal, the lovingly furnished Vogelnest awaits you – a bright 1-room vacation apartment measuring 44 m² (474 sq. ft.) on the 10th floor. The apartment is easily accessible by elevator and offers a special getaway high up with a view of the Black Forest. Living comfort with heart The spacious living and sleeping area features a comfortable double bed (160 × 200 cm), an armchair, a sofa bed, and a dining table. A wardrobe and chest of drawers provide plenty of storage space. A flat-screen TV with cable, free Wi-Fi, and books and games ensure hours of relaxation – even on quiet days in the apartment. Balcony with a view and tranquility From the sunny south-facing balcony, you can enjoy a sweeping view over forests, meadows, and the rolling hills of the Black Forest. During the day, the clouds pass over the treetops; in the evening, calm settles in, accompanied by the gentle sound of the Rechtmurg and small streams. When the sky is clear, the stars twinkle above the valley. Feel like a bird in its nest – sheltered, free, and close to nature. Well-equipped kitchen The kitchen is fully equipped – with a stove, oven, fridge with freezer and dishwasher. Cooking utensils, as well as tea, coffee, oil, salt, sugar, and spices, are provided so that you can feel at home from the very first moment. Nature just outside the door Right in front of the house, hiking trails, bike routes, and forest paths start – you are in the heart of the Baiersbronn hiking paradise. Whether leisurely walk or challenging tour, nature is at your feet. Excursions to Lake Mummelsee, the Black Forest National Park, Freudenstadt or the Black Forest Highway are also easily accessible. Guest access The entire apartment will be at your exclusive disposal during your stay. Other things to note The apartment is ideally furnished for two adults – but children are also welcome. Please note: Unfortunately, we cannot accommodate pets. Tip: Right next door is a second, larger apartment with two rooms as well as another one-room apartment on the 4th floor – also from us. So you can also vacation with friends or family, close to each other and still have your own privacy. After booking, you will receive all information about check-in in good time before your arrival. In addition, we ask you to provide us with the information on the KONUS guest card of the municipality of Baiersbronn. The guest card will then be ready for you upon your arrival.
