ABOUT US Zula Beach Vacation homes is our family-run vacation rental business. This was our first beach home, and we’ve put real love into making it beautiful, cozy, and fun for every season. We stay here ourselves, so we maintain it to a very high standard - and we hope you enjoy it as much as we do. Pets are welcome: Well behaved Pets are welcome with a $150/per pet pet fee (5 pets max) We welcome any group of responsible guests however if the majority adult guests are under 25 we require a $750 refundable damage deposit paid separately. If everyone in your group is under 21 we do not allow alcohol on the property. No parties or events allowed on the property. Max occupancy is 16 people at any given time.
