This Norman house called "Pré Le Duc" is located on the banks of the river in the Charentonne valley, a Natura 2000 classified site, in the village of Broglie (27270), 150 kilometers from Paris and 60 kilometers from Deauville. The space The 120 m2 Norman house consists of 3 bedrooms located upstairs, a living room, a lounge, a kitchen and two bathrooms. There are a total of 4 beds upstairs and none on the ground floor. The house has all the necessary equipment: microwave, refrigerator, dishwasher, washing machine, TV, WIFI, barbecue... Linens and bath towels are provided. You can enjoy a beautiful veranda and a stone terrace of more than 50 m2 with a magnificent view of the Charentonne valley. You can stroll among the flowers and trees in a 4000 m2 plot bordered by the river. Guest access You will have access to the entire house with all its comfort and the cellar where you can use the garden table and chairs, deckchairs and barbecue.
