Villa Princess is approved by Greek Tourism Organisation & managed by "etouri vacation rental management". Overlooking downtown Rethymno and the Cretan Sea, Villa Princess uses its sloped terrain to amplify views of the surrounding area. Located in a great location only 1 km away from the closest beach and the town, the one-storey 130 sq. m villa offers outstanding panoramic views and can accommodate 8 guests in its 4 bedrooms. The space Indoor layout Entering the villa, there is an open-plan kitchen, dining, and living area. The kitchen is fully equipped, and the living room includes a large sofa, fireplace, 50” satellite HDTV, and PlayStation 4. This area opens onto a balcony with sea views. Along the hallway, there are four bedrooms, each with a 32” HDTV, and a main bathroom with a shower. Three bedrooms have double beds, while the fourth has two single beds that can be combined into a double. One bedroom also includes an en-suite bathroom with a shower. Outdoor Area The beautifully landscaped outdoor area of the villa offers a variety of facilities and spots for relaxation. More specifically, our outdoor facilities include: - 30 sq. m. swimming pool - Fully equipped barbecue area - Two outdoor dining tables under shadows with views of the pool and the surrounding landscape
 - A variety of furnished spots (with sun beds, umbrellas and hammocks) for relaxing in the garden - Organised playground area for children - A ping pong table is at your disposal. - Parking space for many cars - The whole outdoor area is totally private and fenced, offering full privacy to our guests. Note: Kindly be informed that the entire villa is situated on the 1st floor of a two-storey property (the ground floor is vacant). ** Accommodation cost excludes Climate Resilience Tax. The amount for the accommodation type is set at €15 per night from April to October and €4 per night from November to March, payable upon check-in. Guest access Guests will have access and full privacy to all areas indoor and outdoor!
