Great for future Denver residents to use as a home base while getting to know the area. This is a 4 bedroom, 3 bathroom home. Two of the bedrooms with king size beds (one is memory foam, the other is a pillow top). The other two bedrooms with queen size beds. Plus sleeping for two more in the living room on sleeper sofas. The fully-stocked kitchen includes a sink, dishwasher, range, microwave, toaster, and coffee maker. We supply fresh coffee for your stay. There are laundry machines for your use. The sights are spread out in the west. You’ll likely want a car to get around and plan on driving time. And note that Denver International Airport (DIA) is 45 minute drive from the city and not centrally located near any sights. The home is professionally cleaned between guests. Wifi is super important to us as we're working from home and we want to proved the best available to our guests to be able to do the same. We have fiber gigabit internet. It's the best available in our area. We also have a commercial grade wifi system to provide the best wifi connections to our guests. In response to the COVID-19 pandemic, we are following recommendations from the CDC to ensure that the home is disinfected. We recommend our guests take CDC-recommended measures: cancel travel if you are ill, wash hands frequently, cover coughs/sneezes with a tissue, and avoid touching your face. We have supplied paper towels and disinfectant spray underneath the kitchen sink should you need them. We sincerely want your stay to be awesome. Our home is in one of Lakewood's oldest neighborhoods, Eiber, tucked away in quiet tree-lined streets but easily and quickly accessible to downtown Denver and the foothills. Our neighbors are working professionals, families with children, and retirees. Expect to see goats, chickens, ducks, and horses. We are very close to the famous Casa Bonita!
