The 5-star Fewo (F*****) Haus Traumblick (2 ZKDB -60 sqm) is located in a uniquely quiet + beautiful location right in the heart of the romantic Ahr Valley in Bad Neuenahr-Ahrweiler. From the apartment you have a fantastic view of the old town of Ahrweiler as well as the vineyards of the Ahr Valley. In the apartment you can use 2 TV (living room and bedroom), free Wi-Fi (internet), free landline calls, dishwasher and washing machine, and much more. Max. 2 pers. allowed without pets. The space The location of the object "Haus Traumblick" and its well-kept garden (among others not visible sunbathing lawn with 2 adjustable loungers, pond with small waterfall and with park bench, barbecue area, ....) are unique (dreamlike) beautiful and allow an unobstructed view from the living rooms (living/bedroom) over the garden to the historic old town of Ahrweiler and the romantic Ahr valley and its vineyards (steep slopes). There are TWO TERRACES available, each with an awning for a permanent local selection. So you can always visit the sun or shade side of the house (even independently of the shade by the awnings) depending on the position of the sun. A covered and not visible from the street for bicycles is also available. Guest access Guests live in a completely independent 60 sqm apartment with a SEPARATE entrance, an ENTRANCE HALL, a HALLWAY from which the BATHROOM (including with washing machine, walk-in shower and 2 washing facilities), the KITCHEN (including EBK with stove, oven, refrigerator with freezer, dishwasher, coffee machine, toaster, microwave, radio, and much more) with a dining area as well as the LIVING ROOM (including with WLAN, TV, music system, own telephone connection, indirect window lighting) and the BEDROOM (with TV and wall safe) can be reached. All living rooms and bedrooms (kitchen, living room and bedroom) have shutters and can be darkened. Other things to note Guests have two terraces each with an awning available, so you can always sit in the sun (if present in the sky) or avoid it if you prefer the dark side of the house. Regardless, each terrace also has its own awning. Booking a house dream view is possible for 5 nights or more. Arrival and departure are possible on every day of the week
