A full remodel of the kitchen completes the contemporary feel of this great mountain getaway. A wide open ski trail for any level skier or non skier leads right to the back door of the condo and it is a quick 25 yard walk across the ski trail to the children's ski school, gondola, chair lift and the base village. Complimentary assigned covered parking for one car. Vehicle must be under 6' 8" in height. Additional cars must register with the parking department and purchase a parking pass, $15/day, for the nearby lots in the winter season. Additional parking is free in the summer. **Ski access across may be limited due to snow conditions in early and late ski season. ***Most mountain residences, including this property, do not have air conditioning. If your home has a wood burning fireplace we provide a starter supply of wood. Additional stock of these items are available for purchase at the local grocery stores.
