LADYBIRD LAKE 10 mile hike and bike trail around the lake is right here for you. Practically at your doorstep HAVE IT ALL!! SWIM, CANOE, HIKE & EXPLORE. One of our recent guests told us this property reminded her of an "open air Costa Rican experience ." Another lovely guest said it reminded her of their vacation home in Roatan... I had to look that up.... what a compliment!!! . I kindly urge you to take special note that landscape photos here were taken by me on a 3 mile walk...& it all starts just a few steps away. PLUS you will be only a 7 minute drive or quick Uber to ALL THAT IS DOWNTOWN and shopping. Most importantly......You will have super easy access to Zilker Park. Zilker is 358 acres of gorgeous center city park land and within it lies Barton Springs Pool which is fondly described as the crown jewel of Austin. More about our incredible pool...it measures a whopping 3 ACRES in size, and is fed from underground springs with an average temperature of 68-70 degrees, ideal for year-round swimming. From this property, just grab your beach towel, hop on over and jump in!! If you happen to be a hiker, you also have easy access to miles and miles of greenbelt hikes. The Violet Crown trail and Barton Springs Greenbelt. In the words of a guest... "A 10 minute walk gets you EVERYTHING...spring fed pool, park, rooftop bar, bike and boat rentals, brewery, amazing restaurants, food truck park, top rated BBQ & Sushi, movie theater, Irish pub, LIVE MUSIC, botanical gardens, sculpture garden... the list goes on!!!" Pets welcome and pet fees apply. $500 for the first and additional $100 for each additional up to 3 max. Plus 11% city hotel tax. If you feel you need a location that will allow outdoor music or loud voices, I absolutely understand and kindly ask that you find a more appropriate property for your requirements. I respect all individuals…to that end I want your Austin experience to be exactly what you want it to be… and I want completely happy neighbors. We provide a lot at this location but we simply cannot provide a party outdoor space. :) Fortunately, your property has so MANY bars and restaurants all within walking distance for any outdoor parties. ------------------------------------------------------------ Please stay informed about any warnings regarding summer months lake algae. ------------------------------------------------------------ EARLY CHECK IN OR BAG DROP POLICY IS AS FOLLOWS: We are a very personalized operation and my very precious cleaning crew friends have to put in extra time and effort to accomplish this request. For that reason, bag drop and early check in fees apply. $111.00 (including hotel tax). This paid tip (100% for the prep crew) guarantees a 1:00 pm early check in or bag drop time. (If a check out is occurring the day of your arrival a bag drop may be the only option-we can advise.) Please let me know if you would like to receive an invoice to proceed with your request.
