The front bedroom (best view of the water) has a king size bed and would be considered the master, which so this room will sleep 2. The back bed room has a queen size bed and a full size futon, which the guests this weekend, said is actually quite comfortable and this room will sleep 4. The 3rd bedroom can be set up as a living or a bedroom. The bed in this room is a day bed that is a king size when it slides open to a bed. This bed has an actual mattress, which guests from the other condo have told us feels like a normal bed. Also, this room has full doors and can be completely closed from the rest of the house for the privacy of a bedroom.
