A perfect way to relax with family and friends. Side A The larger of the 2 units. The first floor is an open floor plan with a living room and kitchen. The full bathroom is located off of the LR. A spiral staircase takes you to the 2nd floor with 2 bedrooms. The first bedroom has 2 double beds in an open area and the 2nd bedroom has 2 twins. Side B Is the smaller of the 2 units. Upon entering the front door you will be in the lower level with an efficiency kitchen and full bathroom. The stairs will lead you to the 2nd floor with 2 bedrooms. The first bedroom has a double bed and the 2nd bedroom is an open area with 1 double and 1 twin bed. To help keep our rental rates reasonable we ask you to bring your own sheets and towels. The yard of the duplex with grill is spacious and a well loved area for outdoor games and relaxing with family and friends.
