Four en-suite bedrooms, private pool & sea views

Misto II combines wide Adriatic views with a bright open-plan living space that leads directly to the private saltwater pool and Mediterranean garden. All four en-suite bedrooms face the sea, including a ground-floor bedroom with direct access to the pool area. A shaded lounge and covered outdoor kitchen create comfortable places to relax and eat together. The house accommodates up to eight guests, welcomes pets and is only a short drive from Primošten. The space At the heart of the ground floor is a large open-plan kitchen, dining area and lounge that leads directly onto the terrace, pool area and Mediterranean garden. The ground-floor en-suite bedroom also faces the sea and has direct access to the pool. The bedroom and main living spaces can be reached without using stairs. Three more en-suite bedrooms are upstairs, all with unobstructed Adriatic views. This floor also has a sea-view terrace and a laundry room with a washer and dryer. Outside, the private saltwater pool includes a raised whirlpool section and is surrounded by sun loungers. There is also a shaded lounge, covered outdoor kitchen with a large dining table and an Ofyr wood-fired grill, with firewood provided. Guest access The entire house and all outdoor spaces are reserved exclusively for your group. You can use the pool, garden, terraces, outdoor kitchen and laundry room throughout your stay. Misto I is next door, but no facilities or outdoor areas are shared. Private shaded parking is available free of charge. Other things to note Misto II is registered and equipped for a maximum of 8 guests of all ages. No more than 8 guests or visitors may be present on the property at any time. The limit is absolute and cannot be increased. Parties, events and large gatherings are not permitted. Bringing unregistered visitors or undisclosed pets may result in the stay being ended early. The saltwater pool is heated by a heat pump, which operates only when the outdoor temperature is above 15°C. Wind, rain and cooler weather can affect the water temperature. The raised whirlpool section is part of the pool, not a separate hot tub, and has the same water temperature. The final 200 metres of the access road are currently unpaved but suitable for normal cars.
