Things to Know Although this home is not equipped with air-conditioning, it is rarely needed with Breckenridge's mild weather (elevation 9,600’). Breckenridge License 28767 Guest access You'll enter through the front door using a digital keypad. Enter your access code and rotate the deadbolt beneath the keypad away from the door to unlock. When you leave, press the Schlage button and rotate the deadbolt toward the door to engage it - the door does not lock automatically. A video guide is available to walk you through the process. If the keypad light flashes red, wait 5 seconds for the lock to reset and try again. Other things to note Upper Village Community features an indoor pool and hot tubs about half a mile away (450 Village Road). A key card for facility access is located on the coat rack inside the home - please return it before you depart. Advance reservations are required; walk-ins are not permitted.
