The space Casa Kimiyà, which is part of Anime a Sud collection, is a fascinating early 1900s townhouse with stunning view over the historic centre of Modica, a jewel of the Sicilian baroque protected by Unesco. The house is set out on two levels and features two bedrooms, two bathrooms, living-kitchen with wine cellar, panoramic balcony & rooftop terrace with dining and relax area and a children-corner with a small futon. We will be glad to introduce you the most interesting places to visit in the surroundings and to organize special activities such as private meals with our chef, Sicilian breakfast, cooking class, wine-tours and chocolate tasting.
